Marquis Association Management is committed to making sure all contractors are held to high standards.  All must be licensed and insured. We perform our own building inspections on a weekly basis and report to our Boards of Directors the results of our maintenance inspections as part of our monthly reports. We only retain and permit vendors and employees who uphold our superior standards of safety,  integrity, and knowledge.

Marquis Association Management is fully registered and recognized with the State of Florida, Division of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) as a professional Management Company. We employ licensed Community Association Manager’s in compliance with the State Statutes.

Fully licensed CAM’s (Community Association Managers) who remain up-to-date on the latest Legal Updates, Insurance requirements, and Reserves updates, required disaster planning and recovery workshops, through their continuing education.
